In SAS® Merchandise Allocation, Flood to Children might not work correctly.  The issue is likely to occur when WOS is set at the lower level in the Location Detail Tab the values might not flood.

The steps to create this specific use case are as follows:

1. Delete all rows in the MAXDATA.LOC_DETAIL_ATTR table
2. Add data at Merch level 12 for 1 store version, 1 store, and enter MIN and MAX values but NOT WOS
3. Save
4. At Merch level 11 for same store version and store, enter a WOS value only with the FTC check box checked.
5. The WOS value is not flooded to level 12.

There is no workaround for this issue.
